Cozy Mitchell

Cozy is new to the personal training circuit with close to 2 years of training under her feet, but the fitness industry is nothing new to her.  With over 15 years of strength training experienced herself, her knowledge has continuously been growing and evolving.  Strength training is her passion and sharing her expertise and the fun of exercise with people of all levels is what she loves best. 

It is her goal to engage people with movement, showing them their potential and how capable they really are.  Movement can be fun and can become a habit in your life if you are taught the proper tools.  By giving her clients the knowledge and 'tool bag', they can progress to feel confident in their body, training and life.

In her time off, Cozy enjoys spending her time outside with her dog exploring the beauty of the White Mountains.  An avid hiker, trail runner, mountain biker, alpine and cross country skier, she is constantly moving her body in fun ways.  She loves how strength training has been able to support her and all her adventures.

Every Tuesday from 5-6:00 PM she coaches PowerFit, a group fitness class with a strength focus.  The class is open to all levels and the movements vary in a wide array of modalities.
